🛠️ Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- 🧑🍳 At least 3 years experience in bakery production or major commissary
- 🏭 Experience in baking production or warehouse operations preferred
- ⚙️ Ability to operate baking/processing equipment
- 📦 Knowledge in mixing ingredients, monitoring temperature and moisture
- 📋 Ability to follow batch sheets, recipes, and raw material measurements
- 🔍 Attention to quality control and foreign matter detection
- 🧠 Ability to communicate in English
💪 Work Conditions
- ⏰ 8–10 hour shifts, standing for long periods
- 🏋️ Lifting up to 50 lbs of ingredients
- 🔁 Repetitive production tasks
- 🌡️ Fast-paced environment (hot, noisy, humid conditions)
- 🌙 Available for early morning, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- 🤝 Teamwork and communication with supervisors required
