Production Crew – Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc.
Location: Cabuyao, Laguna
Pay: PHP 600/day
Job Type: Temporary (1-month contract)
Qualifications:

At least High School graduate; Vocational or TESDA food-related certification is a plus.

With or without experience in food manufacturing; willing to be trained.

Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling.

Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Can follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality guidelines.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible, punctual, and has a strong work ethic.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:

Perform product handling tasks to ensure smooth production flow and consistent output.

Follow SOPs, quality standards, and food safety guidelines at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment.

Handle materials properly to avoid damage, contamination, or wastage.

Coordinate with production leaders and co-workers to meet daily targets.

Report equipment issues, irregularities, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.

Perform other tasks as assigned to support production efficiency.
