People First Labor Service Cooperative is urgently hiring Factory Workers to join our production team in Mandaluyong for a well-known brand — Goldilocks.

✅ Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent (preferred)

Experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage, but not required

Can operate basic tools and machines safely

Physically fit to stand, lift, and move items during shifts

Strong attention to detail and quality work

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifting schedules

Good communication and teamwork skills
