Filipina Caregivers in Demand as Taiwan Hiring Opens with Competitive Salary Offer

MakatiA licensed recruitment agency based in Makati has announced an ongoing hiring program for female caregivers bound for Taiwan, offering a monthly salary of NT$20,000 as demand for foreign care workers continues to grow.

Placewell International Services Corporation confirmed it is actively accepting applications from qualified candidates, especially those with caregiving experience or a willingness to undergo training.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet specific criteria. First-time applicants should be between 24 and 40 years old, while those with previous overseas caregiving experience may apply up to age 42. Candidates must be at least 150 cm tall and weigh between 65 and 70 kilograms.

Priority will be given to applicants who have previously worked in Taiwan as caregivers and completed their contracts. Former factory workers in Taiwan are not eligible. First-time applicants must have local caregiving experience and be willing to undergo training.

Documentary Requirements

Applicants must prepare a complete set of documents, including:

  • Valid passport (minimum 2 years validity)
  • PSA-issued birth certificate, marriage contract (if applicable), and children’s birth certificates
  • CENOMAR for single applicants
  • UMID or National ID
  • Voter’s ID or certification
  • PhilHealth ID or Member Data Record
  • Valid NBI clearance (at least 6 months validity)
  • SSS records and contribution history
  • Travel history (for applicants aged 35 and above)
  • Caregiving training certificate or equivalent
  • DMW information sheet (for former overseas workers)
  • Educational records (diploma, TOR, or Form 137)
  • E-registration and PEOS certification
