Manila, Philippines – FMW Human Resources International Corporation, Greek Branch, is actively hiring field workers to join its agricultural operations in Greece. The recruitment drive targets skilled individuals with a strong background in farming and crop management.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess at least three years of experience in farming or field work and demonstrate competence in the following areas:
- Preparing fields and planting seeds and crops.
- Maintaining and repairing irrigation systems.
- Mixing and applying pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.
- Identifying and removing weeds that interfere with crop development.
- Inspecting crops to monitor growth and detect pests, fungi, or diseases.
- Harvesting crops by hand or using machinery.
- Operating tractors, threshers, spreaders, and other farming equipment.
- Cleaning and maintaining farm tools and equipment.
- Assisting in olive oil production procedures during winter, including filling tins and containers.
Additional requirements include: strong hand-eye coordination, the ability to work independently, proficiency in English, and a valid, newly renewed passport.
Offer and Benefits
- Salary: Starting at €1,250 gross per month.
