• Proven experience as a Line Leader in production operations

• Ability to manage paperwork, monthly reports, and daily production outputs

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Willing to be assigned at Gate 1, Laguna Technopark

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production line activities

• Ensure smooth operations and workflow

• Handle documentation, reporting, and process monitoring

• Maintain productivity and quality standards

• Provide guidance and support to production personnel

2️⃣ PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Maxim Humanitarian Inc. is also urgently hiring Production Operators, with deployment to Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna Inc. (FTL).

🎓 Qualifications

• No work experience required — open to beginners

• At least High School graduate (Senior/Junior HS), College level, or ALS graduate

• Willing to be assigned at Gate 1, Laguna Technopark

🏭 Job Details

• Assist in production operations and quality assurance

• Support the manufacturing of innovative thermal management solutions

• Work as part of a dynamic and growth-oriented production team

📍 Work Location

KPI Warehouse Building, Bo. Diezmo Pulo, Cabuyao, Laguna

Both the Line Leader and Production Operator roles will be processed through this office.
