POEA-OTIT skills and technology transfer business (STTP)
The Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) is the government agency that manages, supervises and regulates the overseas employment program of the Philippine government. For that reason, POEA-OTIT Skills and Technology Transfer Project (STTP) is a private agreement between Japan and Philippine companies that accept foreign technical intern trainees through practical training programs of Japanese technology. Overseen by POEA.
