Industrial Personnel & Management Services Inc. (IPAMS) is a land-based employment agency that has been properly licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), with a focus on placing Filipino professionals and skilled workers for employment abroad.
IPAMS garnered the highest award given to any Philippine Recruitment Agency on April 21, 2010 granted by the President of the Philippines. The event was held at the Rizal Hall of the Malacañang Palace in Manila.
IPAMS is well regarded as an industry leader in raising the bar when it comes to uplifting the life of the Filipino worker. IPAMS throughout four decades has given back to the country, helping raise the remittance flow of the Philippine economy.
Mr. Angelito C. Hernandez, President of IPAMS, received the award presented by Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Hon. DOLE Secretary Marianito Roque, Hon. POEA Administrator Jennifer Jardin-Manalili, Hon. OWWA Administrator Carmelita Dimzon, and Hon. Undersecretary Romeo Lagman.
IPAMS has been a consistent recipient of awards since the beginning of the Central Bank (CB) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) award programs. IPAMS’ commitment to excel in business ethics and honorable practice has been fundamental in its striking success throughout four decades of service.
