💰 Salary and Benefits

Base Hourly Wage (skill-based): 139.14 CZK/hour (≈ €5.69/hour after tax)

Overtime & Weekend Work: +30% average earnings

Holiday Work: +100% average earnings

Night Shift Bonus: +10% average earnings (min. 18 CZK/hour)

Afternoon Shift Bonus: +11 CZK/hour

Continuous Operations (3 shifts): +12 CZK/hour
-
Hazardous Environment Allowance (if applicable): +5.20 CZK/hour
Note: Salary received is after deductions for insurance, taxes, etc.
