Manila (September 27, 2025) – In a recent press briefing, Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla revealed the current whereabouts of Ako Bicol Party-list Representative Zaldy Co.
According to Secretary Remulla, Rep. Co is currently in Europe, with indications that he may be in Spain or France. The DOJ later confirmed that the congressman is staying in France after leaving the Philippines due to medical concerns.
Secretary Remulla also noted that Rep. Co has been placed under an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO), ensuring that authorities can monitor his entry or exit from the country.
Furthermore, the DOJ plans to coordinate with INTERPOL to issue a Blue Notice. This international alert aims to gather precise information regarding Rep. Co’s location and movements.
Rep. Co is currently implicated in the controversial flood control projects, which are under investigation for alleged irregularities.
