No-Fee Hiring Opens for Filipina Production Operators Bound for Taiwan

Makati / Tarlac CityA recruitment drive offering job opportunities in Taiwan has been launched for female production operators, with organizers emphasizing a strict no-fee policy and warning applicants against illegal recruiters.

The hiring initiative, currently in its pre-screening stage, aims to build a pool of qualified candidates for deployment in Taiwan’s electronics and semiconductor industries. Applicants are required to attend in-person screening sessions scheduled on March 27 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and March 28 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Qualifications and Open Opportunities

The recruitment is open to female applicants aged 20 to 30 years old for electronics factory positions, and up to 35 years old for semiconductor roles. Candidates must be at least 155 cm tall, physically fit, and possess good eyesight.

Applicants with educational backgrounds ranging from high school and vocational courses to college degrees are eligible. Both single and married individuals may apply, provided they have complete travel documents ready for verification.

Former Taiwan workers are also encouraged to apply, with preference given to those with more than six years of experience.

Opportunities for First-Time Applicants

The program also welcomes applicants with no prior overseas work experience. College graduates aged 30 and below may qualify, provided they meet additional requirements such as no color blindness and no visible tattoos.

This makes the hiring drive accessible to first-time overseas workers seeking employment opportunities abroad.

Salary and Benefits

Successful applicants can expect a monthly salary of NT$29,500, equivalent to approximately PHP 55,000. Deployment is expected as soon as processing is completed, offering a fast-track opportunity for qualified candidates.

Application Process and Reminders

Applicants must appear in person at designated offices in Makati and Capas to undergo pre-screening and document verification.

Recruitment organizers reiterated that no fees will be collected at any stage of the process and urged applicants to remain vigilant against illegal recruiters and human trafficking schemes.

“This is strictly for manpower pooling. Applicants should only coordinate with legitimate offices and avoid unauthorized agents,” the advisory stated.

Growing Demand for Overseas Workers

The hiring activity reflects continued demand for Filipino workers in Taiwan’s manufacturing sector, particularly in electronics and semiconductors, which remain key drivers of the country’s economy.

Interested applicants are encouraged to attend the scheduled screenings and bring complete travel documents to secure their chance for overseas employment.
