- No visible tattoos, or tattoos that can be fully covered
Preferred Technical Experience
Applicants with hands-on experience in the following processes will have an advantage:
- Flip Chip Bond, Die Bond, Underfill, Dispenser
- CoWoS, Mold, Saw Singulation
- Photolithography (Photo), Dry Process, Plating
- Pick and Place, Coater, Sputter, and related operations
