Proficient in 3-axis milling: end/side milling, drilling, chamfering

TIG Welding (GTAW)

Experienced with stainless or thin metal welding, consistent bead quality

Wire-Cut EDM Operation

Capable of precise wire-cutting using CAD drawings and discharge optimization

Sinker EDM Operation

Skilled in cavity machining using copper or graphite electrodes

Tool Grinding/Reworking

Able to regrind end mills, drills, form cutters using tool grinders
