This program helps applicants build a healthcare career in Japan while receiving professional training and support.
🏥 Available Positions
👩⚕️ Nurses (Kangoshi) – 50 Vacancies
🧑⚕️ Careworkers (Kaigofukushishi) – 300 Vacancies
✅ Qualifications
👩⚕️ For Nurses
✔️ Bachelor of Science in Nursing
✔️ Must have an active PRC License
✔️ At least 3 years of work experience in hospitals, clinics, or health centers 🏥
✔️ Willing to study and obtain a Japanese National License
🧑⚕️ For Careworkers
✔️ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (with or without PRC license)
✔️ TESDA NC II in Caregiving
✔️ Willing to study and obtain a Japanese National License
🇯🇵 Japanese Language Training
All applicants will undergo 12 months of Japanese Language Training 📚
📍 6 months preparatory training in the Philippines
(Online or Face-to-Face)
📍 6 months training in Japan
(If selected by the Japan Foundation)
🈶 Language Exam Exemptions
📌 Applicants with Japanese Language Proficiency Certificates (N3 or N4) obtained after April 2024 may be exempted from certain exams.
📌 Applicants with JLPT N2 or equivalent experience may also be exempted from language testing.
