✅ Qualifications:

College level, Senior High School, or High School Graduate

With experience in Electronics or Semiconductor industry

Preferably with background in Assembly (ASSY) or Testing operations

With basic knowledge in ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control and a strong quality mindset
-
Willing to be assigned or deployed at customer sites in Cavite

Amenable to shifting schedules
-
Willing to render overtime as required

Perform production processes such as assembly, inspection, or testing

Ensure compliance with quality standards and ESD procedures

Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Support team goals and maintain productivity in assigned workstations
