✅ NBI Clearance (multi-purpose, 6 months validity)
✅ 2×2 Picture (white background)
✅ Birth Certificate (from local civil registrar)
✅ Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
✅ Diploma & Transcript of Records
✅ Voter’s ID or Certificate with Receipt (from COMELEC Intramuros)
✅ Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) — apply at your nearest SSS branch if unavailable
