Job Description:
- Make sure that all shipping documents such as Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoices, and Packing lists are equally balanced to actual items received.
- Ensure that all inbound shipments whether from local or abroad have a corresponding NMIS document such as COMI and VQMILC and make sure that these are free from errors.
- Perform random checking and actual weighing of items to ensure that the weight declared in the box matches actuality.
- Justify variances if there are any to carry out proper correction between actual quantity and theoretical records.
- Reconciles with inventory clerk stocks monitoring.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
