Today, the Government has upgraded its system unlike before you have to go to the POEA Office early morning and line up in long lines. Now, no more long lines, no more long time of waiting because of ONLINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM which has been launched by Department of Migrant Workers.

- Proof or relationship with OFW (Original/Authenticated/Certified True Copy) from Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
- Spouse (Asawa) – marriage contract
- Children (Anak) – birth certificate of the OFW’s child
- Parent (Magulang) – birth certificate of the OFW
- Sibling (Kapatid) – birth certificates of both the sibling and of the OFW
- ID document with picture (Passport,Driver’s License, PRC Card,NBI Clearance, Company ID, etc.)
- For Deceased OFW
- Original copy of Certificate of Death
- Original / Scanned copy of OFW’s ID
- Original copy of CENOMAR / Advisory of Marriages
