Position Overview:
First Philec is looking for dedicated Production Operators to join their team in Tanauan City, Batangas. This role involves hands-on work in the production line to ensure the efficient manufacturing of high-quality electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment

• Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products

• Assemble products and parts according to specifications

• Meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency

• Report issues promptly to the supervisor on duty

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production floor

• Follow production guidelines and ensure quality standards

• Finalize and package products for shipment

• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Production Operator

• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Willing to work shift schedules

• Must be able to work in FPIP Batangas
