If you’re one of the many Filipinos aspiring to work in Taiwan—whether as a factory worker, caretaker, or in another field—it’s important to prepare the complete set of documents to ensure a smooth application process. Taiwan offers great opportunities, but incomplete requirements can delay or even cancel your application.
Below is the updated list of mandatory requirements and documents for all applicants bound for Taiwan, as required by Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (DMW/POEA) and Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor.
📋 BASIC REQUIREMENTS
✅ E-Registration (POEA Online Profile)

Create or update your account at https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/

Make sure your details, work experience, and uploaded IDs are accurate.
✅ PEOS Certificate (Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar)

Complete the PEOS Online Module at https://peos.dmw.gov.ph/

Print your PEOS certificate after finishing all modules.
✅ Valid Passport

Must be valid for at least two (2) years from the date of application.

Ensure your passport details match your other documents.
✅ National ID (PhilSys or eGovPH ID)

A government-issued ID used for identity verification.
