If you’re among the many Filipinos aspiring to work in Taiwan—whether as a factory worker, caretaker, or skilled professional—preparing a complete set of documents is essential for a smooth and successful application.
Taiwan offers excellent opportunities for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), but missing or incomplete requirements can cause delays or even cancellation of your application.
To help you get started, here’s the updated list of required documents for all applicants bound for Taiwan, as mandated by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW/POEA) and Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor.
📋 Step 1: Complete the Required Documents
🛂 1. Passport

Must be valid for at least one (1) year before departure.
💻 2. DMW E-Registration & PEOS Certificate

Register and print via: https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph

Mandatory for all applicants.
🧾 3. NBI Clearance

Multipurpose, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
🧒 4. PSA & Local Birth Certificate

Must include Official Receipt (OR) and QR Code.
💍 5. CENOMAR / Marriage Certificate

Single or married females must provide this document.
👶 6. Children’s Birth Certificates (PSA)

Required for female applicants only.
🎓 7. Diploma / Transcript of Records / Form 137

Caretakers: Submit high school diploma or Form 137.

Skilled workers: Submit relevant college diploma and transcript.
🪪 8. Valid IDs

UMID, TIN ID, or Philippine National ID (PhilID).
🧾 9. SSS Printout

Includes member data and employment history.
🗳️ 10. Voter’s Certificate

Must confirm that you are a registered voter.
💉 11. Vaccine Card

Register and download through https://www.foi.gov.ph.
📸 12. ID Photos

Two (2) pieces of 2×2 ID photos (white background).
