- Age Requirement:
- 24–40 years old (first-time applicants)
- 24–42 years old (with overseas caregiving experience)
- Height: At least 150 cm
- Weight: 65–70 kg
- Experience:
- Ex-Taiwan caretakers with finished contracts are welcome
- Former Taiwan factory workers are not accepted
- First-timers must have local caregiving experience and be willing to undergo training
Documentary Requirements
Applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:
- Valid passport (at least 2 years validity)
- Old passport (if available)
- PSA Birth Certificate (original with receipt)
- PSA Marriage Contract (if applicable)
- PSA Birth Certificates of children (if applicable)
- CENOMAR for single applicants
- Valid IDs (UMID/National ID, Voter’s ID or Certification, PhilHealth ID or MDR)
- NBI Clearance (valid for at least 6 months)
- SSS records (details, history, and contribution printout)
- Travel history (for applicants aged 35 and above)
- Training certificates (Caregiving or CAV Certificate)
- DMW Info Sheet (for ex-abroad workers)
- Educational documents (Diploma, TOR, or Form 137)
- E-Registration and PEOS certificate
