Qualifications

🔧 Factory Workers

• Male or Female, 20–35 years old

• At least High School Graduate or College Level

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred

• Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules

• No visible tattoos

⚙️ Engineers

• Male or Female, 22–35 years old

• Graduate of Engineering course (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred)

• With experience in electronics or semiconductor industries

• Strong analytical and technical skills

• Willing to work in Taiwan’s high-tech industry
