✅ General Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following requirements depending on their chosen position:

• Male or Female, 22 to 40 years old (age may vary per employer)

• High school graduate, vocational, or college level (depending on the job)

• With relevant work experience in the same or related field

• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad

• For engineers and technical roles: must have a related engineering degree and technical proficiency

• For caregivers: must possess TESDA Caregiving NC II or equivalent certificate

• For food processing and factory workers: experience in assembly line, packaging, or production is an advantage

• For teachers: must have excellent English communication skills and a related education degree

📅 Accreditation Validity:

All job orders for Japan are regularly accredited by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), valid from 2024 to 2025.
