About the company
Qualipoly Chemical Corporation was established in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in Nov., 1978. To begin with, QPC focused on the manufacture of unsaturated polyester resins and target to the marine vessels markets in the first decade. Along with credible reputation, our products were approved by the authorized institutes from Japan, Korea and China as well. In the mean time, our alkyd and amino resins research program was initiated and successfully commercialized in the late 1980s. Furthermore when it moved to 1990s, QPC went internationally and collaborated with a number of global chemical companies. We extend the product lines by acquiring license agreements for foundry resins, putty resins and oil-free coating resins. Rather than rapid growth of volume in sales, QPC never stopped its commitment to quality assurance. As a result, ISO 9002 quality management system was implemented and approved in 1995. Starting in millennium, QPC became a listed company over the security market in Taiwan and completed relocation project for foreseeable advancement. Moreover during the last decade, we experienced a unrest global ecopolitical relations and raising competition. In addition to the unremitting exchanges with international cooperative partners concerning R&D, we set up a foreign subsidiary Qualipoly Technology Corporation in China, targeted to this largest market over the world. In the meanwhile, we commercialized UV curable materials and finally started mass production in 2011.

About the Agency
Year 1999 the Agency was given the License by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to operate as a Land Based Recruitment Agency. In the year 2003, the agency became a corporation. In 2007, From Renting a space in Dela Rosa Building – Dapitan Sampaloc the Agency was transferred to its new home at East 21 Manila Building in Malate Manila. As years passed by the agency partnered with more Japanese Principals and Supervising Organizations. In 2011, Alizabeth Recruitment Incorporated started deploying Skilled Workers and Professionals in Japan.
This opens opportunities for Filipino workers to work in the Agriculture, Food Manufacturing, Textile, Machinery, Hospitality and Construction Industry under the Technical Intern Training Program. As of January 2019, almost a thousand of Trainees have been deployed in Japan. In 2012, the agency formed the Taiwan Department and deployed Approximately 3,000 Factory workers until 2016. There are also deployment of Performing Artists in other Asian countries such as South Korea and China in 2016 and 2017 respectively.
