Attention all OFW, whose family had been affected by the Typhoon in the Philippines you can now claim OWWA Calamity Financial Assistance.
How to Claim?
Must provide 2 copies of each documents.
1. Claimants is OFW- must provide any Valid ID
2. If Claimants is Beneficiaries of OFW in the Philippines
– Must present Valid ID of OFW
– Must present proof of Relationship
A. Spouse – Must submit Marriage Contract
B. Claimant is Child of OFW (18yrs. Old and above)- must present the Birth Certificate of Claimants
– must secure Authorization Letter from the OFW
-must have valid copy of Passport and ID of the OFW
Note: The signature in the Authorization letter and Passport, Valid ID must be the same.
C. If the Claimants is Child below 18 yrs. Old – Birth Certificate of the Child
– Affidavit of the Guardians
– must secure Authorization Letter from the OFW
-must have valid copy of Passport and ID of the OFW
Note: The signature in the Authorization letter and Passport, Valid ID must be the same
D. Claimant is Parents ( OFW is Single)- Birth Certificate of OFW
E. Claimant is Sibling( OFW is Married)- Marriage Contract of OFW
– Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract of the Claimant
– must secure Authorization Letter from the OFW
-must have valid copy of Passport and ID of the OFW

F. Claimant is Sibling ( OFW is Single) – Birth Certificate of the OFW
– Birth Certificate or Marriage contract of the claimant
– must secure Authorization Letter from the OFW
-must have valid copy of Passport and ID of the OFW
