• Single or Married

• 20–30 years old and above

• Height: 155 cm and above

• Weight: 65 kg and below

• With or without experience

• First-timers or Ex-Taiwan workers are welcome to apply!

👨‍🏭 QUALIFICATIONS FOR MALE APPLICANTS:

• Single or Married

• 20–30 years old

• Height: 165 cm and above

• At least College Level

• Weight: 80 kg and below

• Ex-abroad or first-timers are welcome to apply

📋 REQUIREMENTS:

(All applicants must have complete documents for screening)

Basic Requirements:

• Valid Passport (at least 1-year validity)

• NBI Clearance – Multipurpose

• PSA Birth Certificate

• Marriage Contract (if applicable)

• School Credentials:

  • Form 137 (if High School Graduate)

  • Diploma & TOR (if College Graduate)

• UMID (Unified Multipurpose ID)

• Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certificate from COMELEC

  • If not registered, secure a Certificate of Non-Availability of Record

• 3 Valid Government IDs (e.g., TIN ID, etc.)

• SSS Printouts: Member’s Data, Contributions, Employment History

• PEOS Certificate (Printed Copy)

• E-Registration Certificate (Printed Copy)

📎 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EX-TAIWAN APPLICANTS:

• Old Passport (with entry and exit visas)

• ARC / Health Insurance Card

• If old passport was lost:

  • Certificate of Entry and Exit from Bureau of Immigration

  • Notarized Affidavit of Loss
