🧰 Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment

• Perform warehouse operations and material handling

• Conduct quality checks and testing

• Repair and maintain products

• Operate machinery and support production efficiency

💰 Salary & Schedule:

• Monthly Salary: NT$28,590

• Work Hours: 8 hours/day

• Overtime: Up to 46 hours/month (paid according to Taiwan labor law)

Shift Schedules:

• Day Shift: 08:00–17:30 (+NT$46/day)

• Middle Shift: 14:30–00:00 (+NT$88/day)

• Night Shift: 20:00–05:30 (+NT$175/day)

Overtime Pay Rate:

• 1st–2nd hour: 1.34× hourly rate

• 3rd–4th hour: 1.67× hourly rate

🎁 Benefits & Perks:

• Special Leave: 3 days every 6 months (after 6 months of service)

• Accommodation: Dormitory within walking distance

• Meals provided during working hours
