• Position: Factory Worker

• Interview Dates: March 12 & 13, 2026

• Salary: NT$28,590 per month

• Work Hours: 8 hours per day

• Overtime: Flexible, depending on production needs

🕒 Shift Schedule & Allowances

• Day Shift: 08:00 – 17:30 (+NT$46/day)

• Middle Shift: 14:30 – 00:00 (+NT$88/day)

• Night Shift: 20:00 – 05:30 (+NT$175/day)

💰 Overtime Pay Rate

• 1.34x hourly rate (1st–2nd overtime hours)

• 1.67x hourly rate (3rd–4th overtime hours)
