COOK

• Prepares, seasons, and cooks food

• Cleans and maintains kitchen utensils

• Coordinates with kitchen staff

• Can carry 20–30 kg of food

KITCHEN HELPER

• Prepares ingredients and assists cook

• Cleaning and washing dishes

• Maintaining work area cleanliness

• Can carry 20–30 kg of food
