We are now hiring 20 SMT Operators (Electrical Equipment Assemblers) for deployment to Japan—a world leader in advanced technology and innovation.

About the Position

This role involves the assembly and manufacturing of electronic, electrical, and medical equipment, along with participation in warehouse loading and unloading operations. It’s an ideal position for individuals who are skilled, motivated, and ready to gain valuable international work experience in a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and manufacture electronic, electrical, and medical devices

• Perform warehouse loading and unloading activities

• Operate SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machinery and equipment

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Proficient in Japanese language communication

• In good health and physical condition

• Experience as an SMT Operator

• Possess good eyesight (especially for examiners)

• Skilled in manual tasks and detailed assembly work

• Willing to work on shifting schedules (day and night)

• Capable of working overtime and standing for long periods

• Must be Ex-TITP, have passed the SSW skills test, or hold a Japanese Language Test Certificate (N4 or equivalent)
