Job Description:
- Coordinate internal resources involving all machines and equipment for execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget through the maximization of the utilization and proper allocation of resources and manpower
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop project plans to monitor and measure progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure that all machines and equipment are properly maintained and are in optimal working condition
- Optimize workflow and production processes to constantly improve operational efficiency
- Ensures that status of projects and tasks are constantly updated in the assigned systems
- Prepare and furnish proper reports to ensure a smooth flow of operations
- Maintains relevant inventory and stock levels, ensuring all materials required are available when needed
- See to it that company standards and values are upheld, in terms of quality, service and work ethics
