Job Description

ALK Manpower Services is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join their team. The successful candidates will operate production equipment, assemble, inspect, and package products, ensuring all items meet quality standards. This role also requires maintaining a clean and organized work area and adhering to safety and cleanroom protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery according to company procedures and safety guidelines

• Assemble, package, and inspect products to meet quality standards

• Conduct basic testing and measurements of products

• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace

• Accurately record production data and report output or downtime

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or ALS Passer

• Strong understanding of production standards and testing techniques

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately

• Physically fit and willing to work in a cleanroom environment

• Experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is an advantage but training will be provided

• Willing to work in Cavite Technopark, Sabang, Naic, Cavite
