Available Position: Preventive Maintenance Technician
Episil Technologies Inc. is looking for qualified male applicants who can support semiconductor manufacturing operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
The role involves ensuring that production equipment operates efficiently, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
✅ Male applicants only
✅ 35 years old and below
✅ Height requirement: 160 cm and above
✅ Vocational graduate or college graduate in any of the following fields:
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
✅ With 2–3 years of relevant work experience in:
- Semiconductor industry
- Electronics manufacturing
- Manufacturing operations
Required Experience
Applicants must have experience in any of the following departments:
🔹 Test Department
🔹 Process Department
🔹 Preventive Maintenance Department
🔹 Research and Development (R&D)
Candidates with experience in the following semiconductor processes will have an advantage:
✔ Flip Chip Process
✔ Flip Chip Bonding
✔ Underfill Process
✔ Molding Process
✔ Saw Singulation
✔ RVSI
Former Taiwan Workers Welcome
Former Taiwan workers are encouraged to apply, provided they have at least six (6) years remaining eligibility to work in Taiwan.
