Philstar International Services Corporation is a land-based international recruitment agency in the Philippines, registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission, accredited by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) with License number POEA-175-LB-061316-R.
The Agency was established in June 2003 to help meet the demands of foreign companies which have high preference for Filipino workers appropriately equipped with technological skills and which give a great deal of regards for their attitudes. Moreover, it is the desire of the agency to be a part, in one way or another, of the fulfillment of dreams of Filipino workers to have better opportunities abroad with good compensation contributing to career development and life improvement.
Mrs. Lourdes C. Ocampo, the President of Philstar, an Accountant by profession who started her overseas recruitment career in 1990. Through patience and hard work, she became the President of known international recruitment agency based in Philippines deploying workers to Guam, Canada, Palau, Brunei and etc.
Having acquired enough knowledge, skills and exposure in managing and operating an overseas recruitment company, she decided to establish this company. Since then, and to date the agency has earned and still earning a good reputation in the manpower industry through the excellent performance.
