📌 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Female

• 20–32 years old

• At least 155 cm in height

• Not overweight

• High School Graduate

• With factory/manufacturing experience

• No color blindness

• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

• PSA Birth Certificate

• Municipal Live Birth (Form 102 & Form 1A)

• Voter’s ID or Voter’s Certificate

• School Credentials:

  • College: TOR & Diploma

  • High School: Diploma & Form 137

• If married:

  • Marriage Certificate

  • Voter’s record must reflect married status

📌 Important Reminders:

• All discrepancies, amendments, or corrections in your documents must be fixed before applying.

• For first-time Taiwan applicants: Late birth registration after age 21 will NOT be accepted.

• PSA Birth Certificate must include:

  • Middle Name

  • Full names of both parents
