Private Transportation:
Take National Highway 1 and exit at the Nantun Interchange → County Highway 136 → Provincial Highway 74 → Exit at the Kuaiguan Interchange → National Highway 3 → Wufeng System Interchange → National Highway 6 → Exit at the Ailan Interchange → Provincial Highway 14 → Provincial Highway 21 to reach Sun Moon Lake.
Public Transportation:
Take the TRA or HSR to Taichung Station, then transfer to the Nantou Bus – Sun Moon Lake Route and alight at Sun Moon Lake stop (Shuishe Pier). From there, it’s a short walk to the Hanbi Trail entrance.
