• Monitor machine yield performance on production lines
• Handle online system issues and exceptions
• Provide engineering support to customers

👷 Equipment Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering
• Semiconductor industry experience is preferred
• Experience with welding torch microscope or AOI-related processes is an advantage
• Basic Chinese communication skills are an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor machine yield performance
• Process machine alarms and perform maintenance activities
• Prepare machines for process switching

👷 AMS Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Experience using welding torch microscope is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform spare parts repair and maintenance
• Manage consumables control activities
