Taiwan Opens Hiring for Male Machinists, CNC, Lathe, and Grinding Machine Operators
Filipino skilled workers looking for manufacturing jobs in Taiwan have a new overseas employment opportunity as Tung Pei Industrial Co., Ltd. opens recruitment for Male Production Operators specializing in machining and industrial equipment operations.
The recruitment campaign is open to qualified applicants with experience in CNC machining, lathe operations, grinding machines, and other machinery-related work. A one-day pre-screening process is scheduled on August 5, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with applications accepted in person only.
The hiring is being conducted through a licensed recruitment agency for deployment to Taiwan.

Successful applicants will work at Tung Pei Industrial Co., Ltd., a Taiwanese manufacturing company engaged in bearing production, precision grinding, machining, and industrial equipment operations.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Male
- 21 to 30 years old
- At least 165 cm in height
- High school graduate or higher
- At least one year of work experience in machining or related industrial work
- Good eyesight
- No tattoos
- Experience in CNC, lathe, grinding machines, or similar machinery
- Familiar with using hexagonal wrenches, vernier calipers, and split-type calipers
- Able to communicate in basic Chinese
- Ex-Taiwan workers are welcome to apply

Salary and Benefits
Selected applicants will receive a basic monthly salary of NT$29,500, equivalent to approximately ₱56,000, excluding overtime pay and other benefits that may be provided under the employment contract.
