🛠️ Position: Testing Technical Assistant (Factory Operator)
📌 Job Responsibilities
✔️ Operate wafer and IC testing machines
✔️ Wear a bunny suit and work inside a cleanroom environment
✔️ Assist in product abnormal handling and operational tasks
✔️ Conduct product inspection using microscopes (IQC/QC/FQC)
This role requires high attention to detail and a strong commitment to precision.
⏰ Working Schedule & Shifts
📅 Work 4 consecutive days, then 2 days rest (6/2 shifting cycle)
🌙 Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM (with 1.5 hours overtime included)
🗓️ Two regular rest days every 7 days
☕ Rest Time: 1.25 hours per shift, total of 2.5 hours per day
