Overseas Filipino Workers – Enterprise Development and Loan Program (OFW-EDLP) formerly known as OFW Reintegration Program is a development and loan program of OWWA. This program supports the development of OFW and its families that offers projects and businesses.
Eligible borrowers:
a. OFW who is a certified OWWA member, active or non-active
b. Has completed Enhanced Entrepreneurial Development Training
c. OFWs working abroad
Eligible Projects:
a. Franchising business
b. Contract tie-up with top 1000 corporations
c. Agri and non-agri production/manufacturing
d. Construction/rental business
e. Service/trading business
f. Transport service
g. Other existing or new project
Loan Amount:
For Individual Loan Borrowers
Minimum – Php100,000.00
Maximum – Php2,000,000.00
For Group Loan Borrowers
Minimum – Php100,000.00
Maximum – Php5,000,000.00
Interest Rate: 7.5% per annum for the entire duration of the loan. Loan Repayment for short-Term- max of one year and Term Loan is based on cash flow but not to exceed 7 years. Loan evaluation and approval can be completed within 45days.
