🧰 Job Overview:
The Bottling Line Operator is responsible for efficiently managing the operations of the bottling line equipment using a PC-based human-machine interface. The role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated machinery to ensure the production of high-quality beverages at maximum efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Operate bottling line equipment following standard operating procedures during start-up, shutdown, and maintenance.

Ensure packaging parameters meet quality standards and address any deviations promptly.

Anticipate operational problems based on machine history and performance, and develop preventive measures.

Troubleshoot equipment using systematic problem-solving methods and document corrective actions.

Monitor equipment performance and product quality, ensuring compliance with food safety and SPC standards.

Perform mechanical changeovers using the SMED principle efficiently and accurately.
-
Conduct preventive maintenance as part of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area following 5S and GMP practices.

Follow Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) safety protocols.

Support compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and FSSC 22000:2018 standards.
🎓 Job Qualifications:

Graduate of a technical or vocational course, or equivalent technical training/experience.

With relevant background in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems operation.

Skilled in automated machine troubleshooting and computer diagnostics.

Knowledgeable in manufacturing operations and supply chain management.

Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
