Flip Chip PE Engineer – Qualifications

✅ Majors: Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Electronics, Electrical, or other Science & Engineering fields
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Process / Product Engineer in:

• Die Attach / Die Bond

• Wire Bonding (WB)

• Surface Mount Technology (SMT)

• Wafer Grinding / Flip Chip Bonding

• Molding, Laser Marking, Substrate Saw, Ball Attach, Wafer Saw

Bumping PE Engineer – Qualifications

✅ Majors: Chemical Engineering (preferred), Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or other Science & Engineering fields
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in:

• Sputtering, Plating, Etching, Wafer Grinding

• Molding, Laser Marking, Substrate Saw, Ball Attach, Wafer Saw
