Manila, Philippines – FMW Human Resources International Corporation is now hiring Dairy Milkers to work in the Republic of Ireland, offering skilled Filipino workers the opportunity to advance their careers in modern dairy farming.
Qualifications
Applicants must have at least two years of proven experience as a Dairy Milker and demonstrate competence in:
- Milking cows and caring for youngstock.
- Operating milking equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
- Monitoring cow health and behavior during milking sessions, noting any signs of illness or distress.
- Performing animal husbandry tasks such as feeding, cleaning, and maintaining comfortable living areas for cattle.
- Conducting routine maintenance and minor repairs on milking machinery and farm equipment, including welding or using hand tools when necessary.
- Lifting up to 40 pounds; tractor operation skills are a plus.
Additional requirements include excellent English communication skills and a valid, newly renewed passport.
Offer and Benefits
- Salary: Starting at €2,833.33 gross per month
- Work Hours: 39 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 2 years, renewable
