🎓 Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, food, or similar packaging environments
✔️ High School Graduate
✔️ With TESDA NCII in Mechatronics
✔️ Familiar with GMP standards, safety regulations, and SOPs
✔️ Skilled in operating automated packaging machines (blistering, bottling, labeling, cartoning)
✔️ Experience in line setup, product changeovers, and troubleshooting
✔️ Strong attention to detail and quality control
✔️ Good English communication skills
✔️ Willing to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be responsible for:
🔧 Operating and monitoring packaging equipment
📋 Completing production documentation and batch records
👀 Conducting product and packaging inspections
⚠️ Reporting equipment issues promptly to supervisors and maintenance teams
