A. Foreign Clients – the job provider (Foreign Companies/Principals/Employers)
We offer our service to assist in gathering qualified Philippine Candidates with utmost attention indicated on their manpower request. Our service starts from the day that we seal the agreement and doesn’t end after the Philippine employee arrived in the host country but until the employee finishes the employment contract and return back to the Philippines.
Pioneer Asia Manpower International Inc. will provide advertisement, sourcing, prescreening, shortlisting for employers final selection. Once the employer inform the selection, we will proceed to the medical test under the accredited clinics of POEA and per country basis. An update on status of selected candidates will be send to out to employer each week ensuring employer that the candidate is actively preparing for his/her foreign employment.
We offer pre-departure orientation to selected candidates to ensure that they are prepared to work in an overseas environment this also will include foreign language training to ensure that hired candidates can easily adapt in a foreign workplace.
B. Local Clients – the jobseekers (Philippine Nationals)
We offer our service to prequalify your application to avoid having mismatch job. We guarantee to offer you an employment contract with proper documents from both countries (Philippines and Host Country).
