Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and support in various manufacturing and assembly processes.
🧩 Qualifications:
✔ Experience in Assembly: FlipChip Bond, Underfill, SMT, Molding, Sawsingulation, RVS
✔ Experience in Bumping: White/Yellow Light, Photo, Dry, Pick n Place, Wafermount, Ballmount, Plating, Coater, Sputter
📅 Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
