Role: Male Maintenance Engineer (Blue Collar)
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of production facilities

• Assemble and maintain components such as FlipChip Bond, Underfill, Diebond, Wafersaw, Molding, Sawing, RVS, and AOI

• Participate in the Bumping process as required

• Adhere to safety standards and maintain operational efficiency
