Must have the following :
1. Valid Passport (should be valid for at least a year and above)
2. Voter’s ID or Voter Certificate (There must be no corrections or discrepancies on your voter ID, and your civil status must be changed if you are married) both male and female.
3. Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) or SSS Certificate
