Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Male, 20–37 years old
- At least a high school graduate
- Farming experience is required
- Experience may include:
- Planting trees
- Planting crops
- Planting plants
- Vegetable farming
- Must have an International Driver’s License
- Willing to work in Japan for 3–5 years
- Willing to learn Japanese up to N4 level or higher
- Teamwork and leadership skills are an advantage
- Must have a good personality and positive attitude
- Willing to learn and adapt to agricultural work in Japan
