- Able to read, understand, and follow SOPs, work instructions, specifications, and procedural documents in English
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Disciplined, hardworking, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Good overall health and vision for detailed manufacturing and inspection activities
- Willing to work inside a cleanroom while wearing a full cleanroom jumpsuit and required PPE
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts
- Willing to render overtime when required by operational or business needs
- Able to work at heights of up to 1.5 meters
- Willing to perform activities involving chemical and mechanical operations
