Position: Injection Molding Machine Technician
Location: Laguna
Qualifications:
• Perform checklist as per Work Instruction at beginning of work to ensure machine and materials are in order
• Perform machine validation to ensure the machine and process is in good condition
• Ensure that machines and tools to use are calibrated before and after production
• Strictly adhere to Work Instructions, procedures and specification and ensure good quality work output
• Understand and follow company safety policy and environment policy
• Understand and follow Quality Policy Manual, Procedures, Control Plan, PFMEA, W/I
• Participate team daily meeting and follow tasks assigned in day-to-day operation
• Inform Production Engineer for any problem encountered at the process, and provide accurate information to help quickly resolve the issue
• Work according to specified tack time
• Perform 5S and machine shutdown procedures after work
• Records process output as necessary
• Control and maintain machine start up/shut down activities
• Ensure high quality standard for end-item products
