⚙️ Job Overview:
The Production Operator is responsible for operating tools and machines to produce high-quality products that meet production targets and timelines. You’ll ensure that machines run efficiently, maintain product standards, and keep equipment in good working condition.
🧾 Qualifications:

With relevant experience in machine operation

Willing to learn and undergo training

Able to work in Carmona, Cavite (must be willing to relocate or commute)

Willing to travel up to 75% as required
🔧 Essential Functions:

Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing
-
Ensure all machines are properly maintained and in safe condition
-
Report mechanical issues or malfunctions to the Production Leader/Supervisor
-
Use standard measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.)
-
Assemble products and parts following manufacturing procedures
-
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workstation (5S principles)

Follow all Work Instructions, Guidelines, and Safety Procedures

Complete daily production-related forms and reports
