⚙️ Job Responsibilities
🏁 Machine Start-Up
-
Prepare and inspect materials before production.
-
Clean, sanitize, and prepare machines and work areas according to standards.
-
Ensure machines are in proper working condition and minimize start-up rejections.
⚙️ Machine Operation
-
Operate machines following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety Procedures, and company rules.
-
Perform on-line quality checks to ensure product compliance.
-
Conduct daily inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
🧾 Reporting
-
Complete and sign production and inventory reports accurately.
-
Report machine or product quality issues to the Production Supervisor.
-
Ensure proper turnover of operations to relievers and coordinate with other operators.
🔧 Machine Shutdown & Maintenance
-
Properly shut down machines and segregate materials.
-
Conduct cleaning of machines and surroundings based on standard procedures.
-
Secure tools and accessories before leaving the area.
📋 Other Duties
-
Perform other assigned tasks with appropriate training and supervision.
🎓 Qualifications
-
Experience as a Production Operator or Machine Operator preferred.

Knowledge of fabrication, inventory management, or forklift operation is an advantage.

Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
